A Bid Day Basket is a tradition for new members to receive on bid day. Pink Ink's baskets are filled with the most stylish greek apparel and one-of-a-kind items! Baskets are priced to meet all budgets, ranging from $85 to $250. We start with our Basic Basket for $85 which includes a sorority t-shirt, buttons, stickers, car decal, and phone wallet. From there, we keep adding goodies to create a Premium Basket for $150 or a Luxury Basket for $250.

As an official sponsor of Arkansas State University Greek Life and Panhellenic Recruitment, we will receive a “Bid List” from each sorority. Baskets will be delivered to the Sorority Houses the morning of bid day. 

Orders will be taken until midnight the night before bid day. Any orders placed after midnight will not be delivered to the sorority houses the morning of bid day. Gift items are in limited stock and apparel items are custom made, therefore no exchanges will be allowed. Please be sure to order the correct size. Orders cancelled within 48 hours of bid day are eligible for a refund. Refunds will not be issued after that time, no exceptions.

If we do not see her name on the Bid Day list, we will transfer your purchase to a Pink Ink gift card. Gift Cards can be picked up the Monday following bid day.

If for whatever reason a bid is not accepted, we will issue a gift card. Unless we are notified by you, we have no way to know if a bid is not accepted, in this case we will deliver the gift to the sorority house. It is your responsibility to return the unopened basket within 72 hours for a store credit. No refunds will be issued.
